I want to change/cancel my subscription

Your subscription can be managed within the settings of your iPhone. Open the Settings app > Tap your name at the top > Tap “Subscriptions” > Tap EPISHI app > Change or cancel your subscription.

My subscription is missing

If you have an active subscription but recently changed your device or uninstalled the app, you probably lost access to the premium content. Tap on the Settings icon (top-right corner) > Restore subscription. This will restore your subscription.

I would like a refund for my subscription

If you have cancelled your subscription and are still being charged or need to request a refund, you will need to contact the App Store Support directly as we do not handle subscriptions and billing for privacy purposes.

My imported photos/videos are gone

Photos and videos imported into EPISHI only exist within the app on your device (we do not store them in any external server). If the app is deleted or you get a new phone, the imported media will be deleted as well.
